This is our buffet in our entry hall with my collection of Vintage Santa's and Elves. An old red toy wagon holds more of my knee huggin' sweetie pies!
A little red vintage lunch box contains the Jolly Old St. Nicks.
"Aren't we just the cutest?!" Smile little fellas! You're going on my blog! A tiny red wood ladder lets the smallest of the elves climb up the tree. Tiny little vintage wrapped presents sit to the side.
A tiny little old stocking with a Merry Christmas wish to all.
Tiny red polka dot ribbons tied on for texture. My newest addition to my collection is the wonderful tree topper with a plastic Santa face. (My mirror looks whopper-jawed, but it really isn't - ha!)

This week my hubby and I will be adding some vintage rhinestone clocks and other tempting tid bits on eBay under Cottage*Dreams. In a few days I will also be putting more pillows on the blog to sell. Thank you to all of you who have been so sweet and either bid on or bought things! My husband and I appreciate your business. Jenn and Jacqui won the fabulous vintage sign that we had on eBay!!

Hope all is well for everyone!

Cute Elves, I remember my mom had some that she decorated with when I was little. I think she got them out of soap boxes or bottles of dish detergent! I wonder if she still has them tucked away somewhere?! You house looks so festive and pretty:>) Do you have a link for your ebay store? I cant seem to find it when I go to ebay.

Your display of Santas and Elves is too cute, Becky!! They remind me of ... oh shoot. I can't think of her name. But it's a line that has very similar looking Elves and such. Dang it! I'll think of it. It's right on the tip of my tongue.

Love,
Julie

"whopper-jawed" - That's cute! I love funny little phrases. When I was a kid my mom had those knee hugging elves going all the way up the stairs. They are the one holiday decoration that I clearly remember from my childhood. Are yours old? Blessings... Polly

Becky,
I had one of those stockings on the tree when I wa growing up. It was the "cats' stockin". Apparently the cats didn't get much for Christmas. I have the stocking now, but my cats are super spoiled and get much bigger treats.

How sweet. I have been collecting those precious elves for years. Have a large plastic container full of them. Thought maybe someday I would find something to do with them. Thanks to your inspiration I now have a sweet tree of them on my kitchen island making me smile every time I bake a cookie or roll out a pie crust.
