Light and Promise

The simplicity of a single white rose drenched in morning light.

Delicate.  Unassuming.

The intricacies of the petals amaze me.  Such perfection from our Creator.

Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying, I am the light of the world:  he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 8:12

Becky, something always so special about the white rose. I think because they look so perfect with the green calyx - so clean and bright - and don't require any other stems to add beauty, just it alone is enough to take one's breath away.

Ahhhh...reading this has been so peaceful. Your white rose is beautifully supported in its vintage bottle. There has to be an analogy there...
