double delights

P1010012a

My husband I agree that the Double Delight rose is our very favorite. God made these extra special with the buttery yellow and pink combination. They smell heavenly, too! We love cutting them and making arrangements for the house. Sweet pleasures of summer…..

I have always adored double delights of friends, they are also so much less needy compared to other roses.

If I EVER get my intended rose be going, I will remember this name. They are lovely, and I DO love the smell of roses. Thanks so much for sharing their beauty today.
When you said "Double Delights" in your title, I was expecting Dughall and Fiona to be the subject!!! :-)

They are among my favorites, too. I also love the creamy pink and white ones whose name escapes me.

I am with you on this one. Double delight is just exquisite. We have to cut them in the morning here in SoCal because the sun just burns them up but the color and fragrance can't be beat. Your arrangement is lovely. Blessings, Patty

Oh Becky those are beautiful. God

and he love growing them. I have
several including the New Dawn I
rooted from my neighbors, but those
Double Delights take the cake.":O)

Becky,
The roses are beautiful! And the "Double Delight" is also one of my favorites. I lost the one I had in a move several years ago. I tried to transplant it but it didn't make it. I'll have to get another one someday.

Blessings,
Sheila
