This is the most beautiful hydrangea I've seen all year. It is truly amazing how God makes these, just for us to enjoy. I love drying the blooms for christmas tree decorations, the pinks are the best colors for drying. As always I've my visit.'

Mine are just thinking about budding. I go out every morning and peek into their tight little leaves to look for buds! Yeah, I know I should get a life, but why??

Hi Becky,
I love those hydrangeas. I tried some a couple of years ago but they didn't make it. They must not like our soil here in Ohio. Yours are gorgeous. Cut a bouquet for me please. How is Doogs?? Jackson is loving the nice weather. He always wants to be outside.

Hugs,
LeAnn:)

Oh I love these hydrangeas.. they remind me of our holiday cottage in Cornwall when I was a wee lass.. The hydrangeas in Cornwall were blue mostly due to the acid soil..
They make fabulous dried flower arrangements..

I love hydrangeas. Mine is blue and it is just starting to turn blue today. I love the way the blossoms start put almost green and then begin to color around the edges. I'll be showing a photo of it when it reaches it's peak.
Happy gardening.Rhondi

Oh, Becky! What have you done?! Don't you know that hydrangeas are sweety's favorite in the whole wide world shrub? If he sees these pictures he's going to make me drive him over in the middle of the night and help him steal it right out of your yard! If you hear a noice at night, just roll over and pretend everything is fine!

Miss Jean said...

I meant "noise". What the heck is a noice?

Hydrangea are magnificent, aren't they? I hope to have some large, billowing ones on the side of my home one day. For now, still saving up money for a backhoe and crew to come in a re-do my uneven yard. Yours have huge flower heads~ do you feed them anything special?
miles of smiles,

Those are really gorgeous! For some reason, the woman who lived here before did not plant any hydrangeas and I love them! I think I may have to plant some myself.
