Keeping Time

This is an adorable little vintage Keebler Lux clock that is a dose of cottage cuteness! These little clocks were made for children being as they are only 4 inches in size. This particular one has a little bluebird that rocks back and forth to feed her hungry babies in the nest.
You can find these on eBay or google search Vintage Keebler Lux clocks. There are many wonderful designs - cottages, birds, reindeer, dogs and even Santa's. I suggest that if you are looking into buying one, be sure that all of the parts (pendulum, chains and key) are present. Once you have one, you will want more!

I love the sweet little blue bird on this one. This does seem like a fun item to start a collecting. I'm going to eBay right now to see if any are up for bid.

These are cool! As a child, I was always fascinated by clocks like these and couldn't wait for the little birdy to pop out and sing!

I cannot tell you how much I loved our Cuckoo clock when I was growing up. I still have the tune in my head of the dancing people moving around the "12" on the hour.
I was so sad when it broke, but at least a few of my nieces and nephews were able to experience it before it met an untimely demise.

This is so precious!! I have a cuckoo clock that Bill brought back on his first TDY to Germany. Carried it in his backpack and held it in his lap!

I think I will go see about these clocks on ebay! So sweet!
