Hi Becky.. :)
As much as I long for Fall...I will probably miss summer...or rather I did miss summer.
Sadly I will never ever be able to eat strawberries or any berries again..no more fresh corn on the cob...
What a beautiful fruit salad that is!
Becky...are you still selling things? I have looked but I didn't see anything.. just wondering..
Love and hugs to you, my friend..

Hi
Just popped into your site, don't know why, I was looking at names and yours sounded inviting. I got on and see you love your pups, like we love our Airedales. Then I saw your beloved son - and you know it breaks my heart. Such a wonderful, giving son - and to have him leave too early - life is not fair. You know Minick and Simpson works feverishly for our troops, and reading this again reminds us why - we can never do enough. I am so sorry!
Polly Minick
I guess that is what silently drove me to your site - Being a Mom is wonderful and painful - how well we know

Summer fruit is the best. We've been eating watermelon almost everyday. Peaches will be ready in about a week. Too bad they don't last longer. Mimi

Your bowl of fresh fruit is perfect for a summer day's lunch, or breakfast, or dinner! Want you to know that I love to see the picture of your precious Jordan every time I visit your blog...being the mother of a son, well, my heart just aches for you...I know you are very proud of him. I'll never forget those that have sacrified their lives... and their families, too have sacrificed. I spoke of Jordan on my blog a few posts back, and asked for prayer for our military. Many hearts back to you.

What a cut post Becky! I love how things that are so good for you are so colorful too!

I found a 1933 Sunset in our attic. Has all those '30s colors you love and...Doogs is on the cover. I posted about it today. I want to keep the magazine but if you like the cover art I can try to get a nice copy of it. I'm going to try to check out The Green Pea one of these days so I could leave it there for you if you'd like.
