Snicker....Snicker....

Snickers.....

is what I do when I find my dear husband in a deep slumber on the couch and still holding tightly onto the TV remote control! He would have been very disgruntled had I not cropped this photo....snicker...snicker... Now tell me, how many of you can relate to this?

Hope y'all are having a fabulous day!

Hilarious! My husband does the same thing. Last night eldest daughter told her dad that if he fell asleep again she was going to change channels from the PBS woodworking show he was watching (yawn) He fell asleep clutching the remote and she just changed channels by using tyhe buttons on the t.v. She thought that was the funniest thing ever. Especially whe he woke up a few minutes later and his show was gone:>)

To funny,Becky! My husband thinks he owns the remote in this house.
He goes into a fit,if he can't find it. Makes me wonder ,how he ever watch T.V. without one...

Well, that's our remote, so I'm wondering how you got into our house without me knowing it -- 'cause I'm certainly not the one who falls asleep with the remote!

You should change the channel to something like Lifetime Network or QVC, confuse him.

Yes it sure is a man thing. My hubby goes to sleep with the remote in his hands too. Sometimes he pushes the wrong buttons while he is asleep and can't figure out why the tv is doing wierd things when he wakes up.
Have a great evening.

I CAN relate to those Snickers bars but not the tv remote, DH is pretty good about leaving it on the coffee table. Cute photo though.

My husband can be sound asleep (snoring) and all I have to do is turn off the TV and he's WIDE awake, insisting he wasn't asleep.

I can most definitely relate to this. My other half does exactly the same. He falls asleep with it glued to his hand, and it is so difficult to prize out, without waking him up! x
