A few weeks ago we ventured away from the cold and foggy valley and drove over to the coast. These sorts of trips are few and far between, but always good for the soul when we do.
Human souls and scottie souls.
Before heading to the white sands of the beach, we strolled through town to pick up a few treats for the dogs and a little birthday gift to a very special little Wheaten Scottie who recently turned one.
Once we hit the beach, the leads come off of Duhgall and Fiona and away they went! They just ran and ran and ran and ran and had THE best time meeting other dogs at the beach.
A good rest is needed for them so they can go for round two, three and four. This is after round four of playing. I do believe they are tuckered out!
But not this guy! Just look at how happy he is!
The day was just perfect – nice and warm….
…beautiful scenery…
…lots of doggy friends…
Days to remember, that is for sure.
What a perfect day you had at the beach with your fur babies; they are lucky indeed as we are to be loved by them.
