God Gives Free Refills

    Whenever I get down in the dumps and basically feel like the zip has been taken out of my do-dah, I talk to God. I ask Him to sustain me - to give me strength and revitalize my spirit. Whenever that parched & thirsty feeling sets in I pray for sustanence & He refills my cup - and for FREE! How cool is that? He will fill it to the rim, too! The beauty of His promise of love and forgiveness is that it is FREE - free for the asking - free, free, freeeeeeee!! Even though a Starbucks can break the budget, God will fill our cups for nothing....all that He wants back is for us to love Him and to believe.

    Man, I am craving a glass of ice water!

    Fill 'er up, Lord! Fill 'er up!

    What a wonderful inspiring post. I often wonder how those without God's love make it through life's journey. Many times I've prayed a similat prayer and he always answer. Sometimes in very unexpected ways.

    You are so right Becky! Nobody is more generous than God. He has sustained us through 2 years of underemployment in ways I could never have imagined. His generosity is miraculous. I pray that your cup just keeps refilling my dear friend:>)

    Just the perfect post. :) Becky, it's a small thing but I listen to KLOVE Christian radio pretty often. I love it in the mornings when I'm driving to school. It refreshes me and perks me up. I always find myself saying, "Good Morning God."
