Some say we look like our pets....
Or our pets look like us.
What do you think? Do you resemble
your furry family?

  3. Hi Becky,

The only pets we have had recently were chooks (Aussie for chickens) and goldfish.

The only ways I resembled the chooks was by being slightly broody at times, and wanting to peck anyone who attacked my babies.

The only way I resembled the goldfish was feeling sometimes that my life was going round and round in circles.

    What a fun post!

  8. Probably not, my cat is a grey calico and I'm a redhead....although, come to think of it Miss Clairol is covering my grey spots and she does have a bit of strawberry blonde! lol. Maybe I do resemble her!

  10. What a cute post! I came across your blog yesterday and love it! I am now a follower.

We are a military family and I have the upmost respect for your family as well. My heart and prayers are with you for the loss of your amazing son. Grateful for him serving our country. Words cannot thank him enough or your family. My tears fell as I read of him and your family, and what you have had to endure. I send my love and know that Heavenly Father has great plans in store for your family.

As for looking like my animals, I am not sure if I resemble them or not? I have two cats and a hamster I love so much! I don't think I am lazy like the cats, but I hope I am not as hairy and fluffy like my teddy bear hamster. lol. Have a great Sabbath Day and thank you for sharing in your life.

Hugs to you with much love,
    ~Victoria~

  14. my dog, kobe, is skinny as a rail...that was me once...
my cat, brian wilson, on the other hand is more on the fluffy side.
i'd like to start looking more like my dog and a bit less fluffy.

That is one of the funniest cartoons I've ever seen. If you ever find anymore like that, please post!

  19. oh if you think a tiny chihuahua looks like a great big farmer than maybe? I used to see that happen, but right now with our pets they are so young and small hard to imagine.

  20. I do resemble the Scotties as far as short legs go ;-) It's a hoot when I do see owners and pets who really do look like each other.
