Cute post! I picked up a goofy looking gnome (hate them) for my teenage son (thinks they're awesome) and I suspect it's an old chalkware. Maybe I should take it back and put it on ebay - LOL! Blessings... Polly
Love those little figurines. I'm really attracted to them, too, and have several scattered about the house. There is something about those faces...they look like they are right out of the 20's - 30's. They're so cute!!
Becky, They do make you smile without even realizing it.They are just precious. There are so many adorable figurines, aren't there? You have a wonderful evening, Jean in Virginia
It's me, Maryjane again! Ahhh, what fun to read your post! Thanks for the visit and wish we lived closer to each other in pretty California! Northern is pretti-er!!!
Oh yes, I know sweet LeAnn! The trailer picture she has on her sidebar I took! I hope her dreams come true! I sure LOVE my little 13 ft. trailer!
These are all so sweet! Do you go out thrifting very regularly Becky? I just cannot believe the cute items you have all through your home. I have a friend who's DH goes each day to the 2nd hand shop hoping to come home with treasures. He does a lot as he goes so often. I must say I rarely go so I also rarely find something. I have been going to a flea market near our cottage and just found a pretty little item which I will have to share one day soon on the blog.
They did bring me a smile. However, what I want to know is what is that little guy in the picture looking at? I think we must be missing something very interesting. Could you pan your camera where he's looking? Only if it age appropriate of course.
Very cute. I love vintage things. Daisy was disappointed she didn't see Doughall this week! What's he up to? Daisy was a good dog earlier. She saw a rabbit in the field next door and just watched! No chasing! We don't have a plan for tomorrow for Daisy's post so come by for a surprise I guess! Have a Blessed weekend. Sherry and Daisy.
