Little Tid Bits
In my office I have an old worn white cabinet that I keep odds and ends in...mostly decorative things. I call it my "staging cabinet." When I get tired of having something out, or go into my manic "I have too much clutter and am tired of dusting it" rages, I just put it in the cabinet for future use.
Today I was organizing the cabinet and came across little tid-bits and thought how they'd all look neat put in a jar. I always fancied jars that other people had made with little collections of this and that. Already having a big glass jar, I got it out, dusted it off and started adding the little gizmo's and gadgets. All I need to do now is find some great red ribbon to tie to the lid!
I love little odds & ends and tidbits! Yours look fab in the jar...Love it!

That looks so cute. I spy that green Scotty. What is it--soap, box? It's cute whatever it is. And of course my eyes zeroed in on that cute crochet piece, too. Looks like a tiny purse? The Scotty photo beside your jar is so adorable. It makes me want a basket full of them! Oh, I found darling tartan plaid Scotty buttons at Joanns last weekend. Have you seen these? If not and your store doesn't have them, let me know. You'll want some. LOL
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute! I think I will dump last year's Halloween candy out and replace it with some pretty stuff too!
ReplyDeleteHi Ladies! Thank you, one and all, for all of the great comments! These jars are a lot of fun to make and once you get one, you'll want another. Gee..what else can I scrounge together! :) Lallee, yes that is a scotty soap box and a teeny tiny crochet purse. Ditto on wanting a basket of scotty dogs! I'll check out Joann's! Have fun everyone! B.
